Globally, cricket applications in food products have been fairly limited.

We have collaborated with different industry partners to co-develop a range of food protypes which could be incorporated into both sweet and savoury applications. We also have access to a range specifications of cricket powders of different roast levels and textures that allow the range of applications to open up more possibilities in food products.

Thanks to LG food collaboration, we have co-created a whole wheat pasta.
